  16. Than masala, than chicken tiqqa pieces if you like to add potatoes than add fried potatoes.
  17. Than again rice layer, put some orange food colour and oil or ghee 2tbsp on top and put on a tawa on high heat first few 8_10mins then low it to dum for 20 mins..
  18. If you like more smoky flavour than give it a coal dum also in last.
