  12. Open the lid, increase the flame, add garam masala powder, give a stir..
  13. Now add lil water, lower the flame, cover it with the lid..
  14. Give a dum for a while so as to keep the dish dry..
  15. Add desi ghee in between. Cook it for 5 minutes..
  16. Switch off the flame, open the lid after a while..
  17. Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta..
  18. You can add a lil dhania patta while cooking to get the extra flavour..
  19. Serve it with Roti or Paratha or Nan...
